Sometimes the traditional methods of lubricating machines do not really provide the minimum quantity lubrication that you need for your industrial lubrication systems. Traditionally synthetic and petroleum-based lubricants usually combine 10 to 20 parts of oils with water in order to coat the machinery and tools to stop a heat buildup.
The problem lies in the fact that these traditional fluid coolants actually possess little in the way of true lubricant properties. With more advanced lubricants, the idea is to both prevent and to carry away the heat after it has formed. This cools the machinery and tools effectively after the fact of naturally occurring heat buildup that results from friction.
The Key to Actually Eliminating Friction
Organic oils on the other hand prove to be both more effective and also environmentally friendly. Their lubricant properties are upwards of 300 times more viscous than conventional lubricating oils are. Their process stops heat from building up through the critical elimination of friction in the industrial machines, tools, and systems.
These oils become directly transferred to the tool’s cutting edge before the machine starts cutting. This is thanks to the precise delivery systems which lubricate the natural oils. In this way, the process completely eliminates the need to quench the heat after the fact.
This is because the lubricant properties displace any heat using a chip. This prevents any emissions of mist or fumes. Another great advantage is that there is no messy clean up required. The reason for this is that 99.9 percent of the all natural oil lubricants become entirely consumed in the cutting action of the tool.
Eliminating or transferring away the heat buildup in heavy machinery is critical to stop it from breaking down and to keep it in prime working condition. This can be done with the conventional lubricating oils. A better way is to use the high quality all-natural lubricants that are actually 300 times more viscous. This prevents heat from forming in the first place and distributes any that does arise. The natural lubricants burn themselves out too so that you do not have to clean them up after the cut has been completed.
